At Frederick Living our desire is to be able to continue to care for and enrich those residents that have become a part of our family, but have exhausted their resources through no fault of their own. This stands at the very heart of our mission and values and, we can gladly say that no one has ever been denied care because they could no longer pay.

This commitment was more than $634,000 in 2009 and our goal is to build the Resident Benevolent Care Fund to meet this growing need. Your gift will help these worthy residents while allowing you to build a lasting legacy of love and caring.

Planned Gift Bequests and Charitable Gift Annuities

You can leave a lasting legacy of caring by naming Frederick Living in your estate, or by opening a charitable gift annuity. Gift annuities pay you back at a high rate for the rest of your life, while allowing you to give a gift that lasts.

 

Memorials with the Tree of Life

A wonderful way to honor the memory of your loved one is to give a memorial gift. Gifts of $250 or more are recognized with a leaf on the Tree of Life inscribed any way you wish. Donations for the Tree of Life can also be used to honor a living resident or other individual.

 

Real Estate, Marketable Securities & Personal Property

Frederick Living also gratefully receives gifts of real estate, appreciated securities, and other personal property. Some of these donations can reduce taxes on capital gains.
